## Instant booking

- Contractors with an active weekly availability template (per-day
  windows + slot length + lead time) are bookable directly from
  /pro/:id without a phone call.
- `contractor_availability` is a weekly template; `availability_exceptions`
  store vacation / time-off blocks that override it.
- `computeOpenSlots` materializes the next 14 days of candidate slots
  in the contractor's timezone (default America/Los_Angeles), then
  subtracts bookings + exceptions. DST-safe via UTC round-trip.
- Homeowner picks a slot → `bookings` row lands as `pending` → pro
  accepts (`confirmed`) or declines from /contractor/bookings.
- Confirmed bookings ship a per-booking .ics at /api/bookings/:id/ics
  and land on the pro's subscribe-once ical feed at
  /api/contractors/:id/calendar.ics (capability URL keyed on the
  contractor session).
- Homeowner + contractor get automatic 24h and 2h reminders via
  email + SMS (idempotent; each window is recorded on the booking
  row so the hourly cron never duplicates).
- Homeowners can cancel pending or confirmed bookings up to the
  start time from /homeowner/bookings; cancellations notify the pro

## First-party reviews

- Review requests are emitted automatically when a pro flips a lead
  thread to `won`. Email + SMS include a single-use /pro/:id/review/:token
  link valid for 30 days.
- A nag-resend cron runs daily at 16:30 UTC and re-sends email + SMS
  for unredeemed requests 5–20 days old, capped at one follow-up.
- Reviews are moderated: submissions land as `pending` and only
  appear on /pro/:id after admin approval. Moderation UI at
  /admin/reviews. Rate-limited and IP-hashed.
- Approved reviews power the LocalBusiness.aggregateRating JSON-LD

  /admin/insurance. "Insured" badge appears on every contractor
